I would just like to start my review with a massive thanks to our server Katy you made our stay at turtle bay Blackpool the most enjoyable experience so polite and extremely helpful with your knowledge when it came to cocktails the food and drink was amazing and we can’t wait to return keep up the good work Katy you are a credit to turtle bay Blackpool 👍👌

I had a really bad experience at this restaurant. I ordered a meal expecting a proper steak, but when it arrived, it wasn’t what I thought it would be. Before even trying it, I asked them to change it, but they refused. I then took a small bite, but I couldn’t eat it and left the whole dish untouched. Despite this, they still made me pay for it and showed no concern for customer satisfaction. Chicken was also really small portion. Very disappointing service—I won’t be coming back.

Had to wait for a while for our order to come to our table, Food was very over cooked sides were cremated!! manager came over as we weren’t happy and he said yeah the corn is supposed to be chargrilled at closer inspection he realised that was really over done
